Description
Merlin – Boxer Cross Dog playing with his tennis ball in the snow inside a courtyard of an abandoned building in Dumbo, New York.
Merlin is obsessed with his tennis ball and even more so when he has fresh snow to race through when in pursuit of the yellow fuzzy ball. Rachael came across Merlin and his owner playing ball in the courtyard of an abandoned building down at the waterfront in Dumbo, Brooklyn in New York City. The early morning sunlight was streaming in through the arches which would soon make the snowmelt. Merlin’s owner was perfectly happy for Rachael to capture some images of his dog chasing and leaping for the ball, and Merlin certainly had no objections as it meant his playtime was extended while this Photographer person captured image after image to get the perfect shot.
This image was published in Rachael’s book The New York Dog.
Merlin was photographed by Rachael using her H3 Hasselblad Digital Camera in Natural Light in Dumbo, Brooklyn, New York.
Rachael recommends this image to be framed using a Black or White Frame, with or without a white border.
