At Henry & George we endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible without jeopardising product quality. Our products are made to order and have varying times needed for production and dispatch.
All our Apparel and Homeware products are produced by a company in France; Rachael & Andy chose this company for two reasons, due to their love and close connection to France and more importantly because this company produces high quality products using environmentally friendly production methods and materials.
Apparel and Homeware orders go into production 2-4 days after they are ordered, once complete they are shipped anywhere in the world in plastic free packaging.
Shipping times vary depending on where you are in the world….
Within France takes 2-3 working days
Within the European Union takes between 3 -10 working days
The rest of the World takes 5-14 working days
With being the furthest away, Kiwis and Ozzies may have to wait up to 14 days, so order in plenty of time; but don’t worry it will be worth the wait!
Deliveries are always tracked, tracking info will be emailed to you once your order is completed and on its way to you, so you will know when to expect your parcel.
The cheapest method of shipping is selected for each of your orders and your items are always grouped together.
Any duties and taxes charged are the recipient’s responsibility and must be paid by the recipient.
Shipping is calculated at checkout.

It is really important to us for you to LOVE your product; we have gone to great detail in our product descriptions and visual examples so our customers will know exactly what to expect when receiving one of our products, and will be happy when it arrives. Our Products are all custom made-to-order, therefore we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged in transit or faulty. No refunds are given if you change your mind!

Under consumer law, products will be replaced if they arrive damaged, faulty or are different to how they are described on our website.
All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. When exchanging your product the cost of shipping your product back to us is at the purchasers expense and is non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If your product arrives damaged, you must contact us immediately via email within 24 hours of receiving your goods; you must provide photos of the damaged product and packaging. Please do not discard the packaging until sufficient evidence has been provided to us.
