FINE ART PRINTS & CANVASES
Here at the Rachael McKenna Print Store we strive to get your product to you as quickly and efficiently as physically possible. All of our Prints and Canvases are of the highest quality so it is important to allocate at least 1 week for your product to be printed and then another 1-2 weeks for your print or canvas to be framed if this is an option you choose.
Shipping times can vary depending on the address the product is being delivered too. Most products, once printed, will take 5-7 days to reach their destination within New Zealand and Australia, it is wise to allocate an additional 2 or 3 days if you have ordered a product to be delivered to a rural address.
DUE TO COVID-19 PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES MAY TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL
WE WILL ENDEAVOUR TO GET YOUR FINISHED PRODUCT TO CUSTOMERS IN NEW ZEALAND AND AUSTRALIA WITHIN THE ESITMATED 2-3 WEEKS, BUT PLEASE BE PATIENT IF POSTAL AND COURIER DELIVERIES DO TAKE A LITTLE LONGER.

APPAREL & HOMEWARE
At Henry & George we endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible without jeopardising product quality. Our products are made to order and have varying times needed for production and dispatch.
All our Apparel and Homeware products are produced by a company in France; Rachael & Andy chose this company for two reasons, due to their love and close connection to France and more importantly because this company produces high quality products using environmentally friendly production methods and materials.
Apparel and Homeware orders go into production 2-4 days after they are ordered, once complete they are shipped anywhere in the world in plastic free packaging.
Shipping times vary depending on where you are in the world….
Within France takes 2-3 working days
Within the European Union takes between 3 -10 working days
The rest of the World takes 5-14 working days
With being the furthest away, Kiwis and Ozzies may have to wait up to 14 days, so order in plenty of time; but don’t worry it will be worth the wait!
Deliveries are always tracked, tracking info will be emailed to you once your order is completed and on its way to you, so you will know when to expect your parcel.
The cheapest method of shipping is selected for each of your orders and your items are always grouped together.
Any duties and taxes charged are the recipient’s responsibility and must be paid by the recipient.

Shipping to Australia 1-10 business days $8-$20 AUD
Shipping to USA 6-12 business days $30 USD
Shipping to Europe 8-14 business days 30 Euros
Shipping to the UK 8-14 business days 25 Pounds
Due to the weight and size of the Jigsaw puzzles shipping costs to the USA and Europe are more expensive. International shipping is available, all duties and taxes are the recipients responsibility and must be paid by the recipient.
