Description
Kricket – a New Zealand Kune Kune pig smoking a pipe.
Pigs are smart, especially this gorgeous little ginger Kune Kune, it only took Animal Trainer Marie Manderson a few days to train Kricket to hold a Pipe in her mouth and sit and pose for her Portrait. To create the smoking effect, after photographing Kricket, so she was nowhere near anything that could damage her health, Rachael photographed her assistant puffing on the pipe in the same position, against the same background using the same lighting, then created the final image by digitally blending the two images together to give the impression that the pig was actually smoking a pipe.

Kricket was photographed on Rachael’s 4x5 inch Toyo View Camera with Pos/Neg 4x5 inch Polaroid Film using a large Elinchrom Octa Studio Flash.
Rachael recommends this image to be framed using a White, Black, or Dark Brown Frame, with or without a white border.

Fine Art Prints can be framed full bleed, or you can choose the option to have a white border around your image to separate the image from the frame. If you choose to have a border, the image size will be smaller; for example, if you choose a 10x12 inch print with a border, your final product size will be 10x12 inch but your image size will be closer to 8x10 inches.
