A beautifully produced 1000 Piece Jigsaw

Lily & Reykjavik – A Photograph Rachael captured for her book The New York Dog of Two Harlequin Great Danes posing in the Park beneath Brooklyn Bridge in Dumbo, New York.

Known as the ‘Dumbo Danes’ Lily & Reykjavik were quite well known in the Dumbo area of Brooklyn. When Rachael was wandering the streets talking with locals about her NY Dog Book project, the Great Danes often got mentioned, though no one could pass on the contact details for Rachael to get in touch. So you can imagine Rachael’s relief when she actually saw the Great Danes walking along the River’s edge under the Brooklyn Bridge one morning. With no hesitation, Rachael approached the owner and asked if they would be keen for their stunning Dogs to be photographed for inclusion in The New York Dog Book, as you can see the answer was a very keen YES!
