This was a door Rachael passed nearly every day when she was at her home in France. It was a few doors down from her own front door. She always wondered what the home behind was like, and was able to discover it when friends purchased the property a few years later. The colour always drew Rachael in, along with the detail and textures; prior to her friends purchasing the house, Rachael had never seen anyone come or go from the property, which gave it an almost ghostly abandoned feeling which Rachael always found quite intriguing.
Rachael captured this image on her Hasselblad H3 Digital Camera in Natural Light in the Causses et Veyran, in the Languedoc-Roussillon Region of the South of France.
Rachael recommends this image to be framed using a White, Black, or Whitewashed Frame, with or without a white border.
