Blackie - Canvas
Blackie – Black cat sitting in the doorway of a garden shed looking out.
Blackie was the newest member of the family that resides at Château de L’Epinay, Saint Georges sur Loire, in the Pays de la Loire Region of France. Living with two big goofy dogs, Blackie was quite a confident little cat. With the most beautiful grounds to explore and a Château with an abundance of beds to choose from, Blackie was very content with the home he had landed in. Blackie followed Rachael around as she ventured out photographing the dogs, in the grounds around the Château, and all the way down to the river’s edge at the bottom of the property. It was this image of Blackie that captivated Rachael the most, sitting peacefully on the well-worn step of the garden shed, gazing out into the garden watching the dogs play.
This image was published in Rachael’s book The French Cat
Blackie was captured by Rachael using her H3 Hasselblad Digital Camera in Natural Light looking out of the garden shed in the grounds of Château de L’Epinay, Saint Georges sur Loire, in the Pays de la Loire Region of France.
Rachael recommends this image to be framed using a Black, White, or Dark Wood Frame, with or without a white border.
