Eddie – Himalayan Persian Cat licking his cheek after drinking cream from a bottle
This image of Rachael’s own cat Edmund, an extremely charismatic Himalayan Persian, will make an eye-catching feature image when displayed on your wall. To create this image Rachael photographed Eddie on the table in the back yard of Rachael’s home. Eddie was a remarkable cat, extremely tolerant, and always willing to perform for the camera. He was full of catitude and often had a grumpy expression even though he probably was the least grumpy cat Rachael as ever met. He did have every right to have an extremely grumpy expression though when Rachael photographed him wrapped in rope, an image also found in her book why Dogs are Better than Cats, Rachael knew that Eddie was the only cat that would tolerate being photographed this way, and was only wrapped in the rope for a couple of minutes so was soon back on the street rolling in the gutter getting covered in leaves, snails, and slugs.
This image was used in the book Why Dogs are Better than Cats which Rachael produced with internationally acclaimed author Bradley Trevor Grieve.
Eddie was Photographed in Natural light using a Hasselblad H2 camera with a Phase One Digital Back
