Heyla – White Saluki Dog standing on a wall in front of the Louvre, Paris.
Rachael first met Heyla and his owner while walking at the Jardin des Tuileries, one of the few places dogs can run off lead in the heart of Paris, and it happens to be right next to the majestic buildings of the Louvre. Rachael arranged to meet them back at the Louvre later in the day to capture this image of Heyla Rachael wanted to use the dusk light and the regal stance of the Saluki to capture an eye-catching image with the historic Louvre gracing the background. This image makes a beautiful wall piece for lovers of dogs, and French alike.
This image was published in Rachael’s book The French Dog
