Kim is the resident dog of Hôtel Crillion le Brave in Provence, a stunning property high on a hill with majestic views. As in most places in France, the dogs have the freedom to roam everywhere, and little Kim made herself welcome in all areas of the Hotel, and all the guests love her. Rachael was actually photographing a table setting for her book Lunch in Provence when Kim wandered in and jumped up at the table making herself quite at home. Not wanting to miss an opportunity, Rachael turned her camera to focus on Kim and captured this beautiful image of her sniffing the Provençal air as it wafted in through the open-walled courtyard from the fields in the valley below.
This image was published in Rachael’s book The French Dog, you will also find another image of Kim within the pages of the book, resting on a stone floor in the doorway at Hôtel Crillion le Brave.
Kim was photographed by Rachael using her H3 Hasselblad Digital Camera in Natural Light in one of the beautiful dining rooms of Hôtel Crillion le Brave in Provence, France.
Rachael recommends this image to be framed using a White, Black, or Dark Wood Frame, with or without a white border.

Fine Art Prints can be framed full bleed, or you can choose the option to have a white border around your image to separate the image from the frame. If you choose to have a border, the image size will be smaller; for example, if you choose a 10x12 inch print with a border, your final product size will be 10x12 inch but your image size will be closer to 8x10 inches.
