Description
Merlin – a Blue Burmese cat relaxing in a hammock with its paw hanging over the edge.
Merlin is a handsome, friendly, and very laid back Burmese, always sleeping and happy to just lounge around, so he was the perfect subject to pose in a hammock…..though lots of cats enjoy hanging out in hammocks but always on their terms, Merlin however was quite easily coaxed into the hammock and quite happily relaxed into a comfortable pose, only just lifting his head enough to peer at the feather teaser as it fluttered past and then back to the camera to draw his eyes down the lens.

Merlin was photographed by Rachael in the living room of Merlin’s owner's home, one end of the hammock fabric tied to the door handle of a glass door leading outside and the other end firmly attached to a background stand weighed down with a couple of sandbags. Rachael used her Hasselblad H2 camera with a Phase One digital back to capture this gorgeous image of Merlin using natural light.
This image looks great framed using a Black or a White Frame, with or without a white border.

Fine Art Prints can be framed full bleed, or you can choose the option to have a white border around your image to separate the image from the frame. If you choose to have a border, the image size will be smaller; for example, if you choose a 10x12 inch print with a border, your final product size will be 10x12 inch but your image size will be closer to 8x10 inches.
